Alabama, Pt.1

We had strange weather for our visit to Alabama this winter. Driving rain alternated with tornado warnings, and temperatures in the 70’s. The overall feeling was definitely more autumnal than wintry.

This first roll was Portra 400, metered at 200, shot on my Canon P Rangefinder.

This was my first time underexposing Portra, and I really love the way it rendered the colors.

    • Thanks. It has taken a bit of work to get my color scanning workflow to reproduce Portra colors correctly. They often come out very washed out when I first scan them, and I would rather do less post-processing than more in general on all of my scanned images.
